IV Last year Chair Joette Storm compiled a list of projects in BANA including the traffic and parking impacts. Cindy will ask if she is maintaining the list.  Jim Beauchemin offered to assume responsibility for the list. 
V.  The board adopted a new budget based upon the City's allocation of $9,753.  Cindy King submitted the annual report and documentation of last year's activities and expenditures to qualify for the new allocation.
