When Pahlisch proposed developing the Petrosa subdivision, it agreed to 'mitigate transportation impacts" by funding street imporvements, including upgrading Yeoman Street.
At one time there was to be a roundabout at Yeoman and 18th Streets. Now the plans are changing.
AKS Engineering & Forestry is holding a neighborhood meeting regarding Pahlisch Homes’ proposal to amend the existing Petrosa Master Plan Transportation Mitigation Plan in Bend Development Code Table 2.7.3980 by modifying the “triggers” for two transportation improvements that it must construct:
1) A single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Deschutes Market Road and Yeoman Road; and
2) Yeoman Road from Purcell Boulevard to 18th Street to a modified City of Bend Collector Standard cross-section.
The modification is necessary because the City of Bend has modified the Petrosa Master Plan phasing and the triggers for the two transportation improvements have changed. The amendment will not remove Pahlisch Homes’ obligation to construct these improvements by the time that they are needed.
This meeting will be held via telephone and online Zoom webinar. The City of Bend Community Development Department approves of this means of holding the required public meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2023, at 5:30 PM
