In attendance: Chair Don Leonard, Secretary Larry Kierulff, Vice Chair Joette Storm, Land Use Chair Jim Beauchemin, Jeff Silverman and guest speaker Julie Craig, Also present were 19 others (14 of whom signed in).

Julie C. explained the operations of the code enforcement department and said that flammable vegetation is the issue of main concern these summer months.

She addressed general questions for about 45 minutes. Before moving on to school board questions, she addressed the short-term rental issue on the minds of a majority of those in attendance. Jim B. reported on the BANA comments on an application for short-term rental license on Casey Pl. and a lengthy discussion ensued. After a brief discussion of school board issues, the board excused Julie with appreciation for her time and efforts for the public good. After Jim B. completed the land use report and the board decided on a Coffee Klatch August 8^th but no regular meeting in August, Don L. adjourned the meeting.
