In attendance: Chair Don Leonard, Secretary Larry Kierulff, Vice Chair Joette Storm, Land Use Chair Jim Beauchemin, Jeff Silverman and James Hutchens
Don L introduced James H. to the board. The board reviewed the contract drafted by James and editied by Joette. The contract was accepted by the board and signed by the Chair, Project Coordinator and Mr. Hutchens.
James presented features of his web design platform and discussed various considerations of design. Larry K. offered to email a few current website change proposals to the board and forward them to James H. who will transfer content to his platform. A meeting was set up 3/1/2017 10 am at Looking Glass Cafe for platform training and design refinements.
Joette motioned to submit order to Premier for 1000 copies of Welcome postcard at $238. Printing project expenses thus far was $178. The motion was seconded and unanimously approved. Larry K motioned to appoint Jeff Silverman to the board. It was seconded and unanimously approved.
A trial coffee talk was scheduled for 3/23 10 am hosted by Joette at Roots Coffeee. Joette will write a new item for newsletter.
