Meeting was called to order by Chair Larry Kierulff. Eight people were present including 3 board members and guest speakers.  Michelle Healey and Jim Figurski of the Bend Metro Parks and Rec presented the latest plans for Riley Ranch, Canal Row and  Rockridge parks and apologized for leaving BANA out of the loop during some of the public input process.  Bids for Riley Ranch will start this summer and public access possible by 2017. Canal Row is in construction phase and access possible in the fall. Rockridge is entering the bidding stage and completion possible 2017. Following the guest speakers,  the strategy regarding the Empire Apartment  proposal was discussed. Since the comment period ends 3/30/16, present board members agreed to submit comment promptly.  Plans for general meeting at Pine Nursery was discussed and it was decided to proceed with picnic. Meeting adjourned at 745 pm.
