    Discussion Item: Review of NA's Rollover Grants by City of Bend
        Exerpts form the City of Bend Neighborhood Associations Rollover Grant         Program article published by the Bulletin Newspaper describe the four grants         awarded by the city:
            River West NA, development of a renter based mailing list
            Orchard District NA & Larkspur NA, new “Open Street” commute event
            Century West NA, website improvements and forum


    Discussion Item: Status of Bend 2030 - NA Capacity Building Project reviews
        Jen Rusk of Bend 2030 will be holding a workshop in March to evaluate her         findings upon interviewing most all of the city sponsored Neighborhood             Associations. This forum will be held in conjunction with the upcoming             March NART meeting A summary report (Bend Neighborhood Association         Assessment: Summary Report) was issued on January 11, 2016 describing her
         findings (see attached). 


    Discussion Item: Street-side Cleanup Project for 2016
        BANA is considering several sites for litter pick-up activities in 2016.
        A possible date could be Earth Day in Mid April.
        Potential Sites: Empire, Boyd Acres, Cooley, 18th
                    
    Discussion Item: BANA Meeting with Mackenzie Design & Powell Development     (Fred Meyer project) 
        The next BANA meeting, February 22, 2016, will feature the proposed mixed-        use development located at Highway 20, between Cooley and Rodal Road.         Applicant Powell Development along with Mackenzie Design will present         concepts, designs, land use approval requests, zone change, master plan,             neighborhood plan and amendment to the City's Transportation System Plan.         This meeting will be informational and public comment is encouraged.


        Motion: BANA should circulate a meeting notice to all BANA residents on this         meeting, highlighting this important community project (Fed Meyer project).
        Motion Approval: Unanimous by board members present.
    
        Action Item: BANA Board will circulate a postcard mailer announcing             meeting. Jim B will coordinate this mailing; tentative mail-out date 2-10-16
