5:00 Meeting Opens

Attending: Cindy King, Joan Miller, Tom Fisher, Jim Beauchemin, Kathy Roche

Cindy: Hello and introduction.

Financials- Joan –see new report in email. 8,100 left but not paid (?) for tripod, PA system, go daddy domain name, PO box rental ($353), Joette - stamps. Also sent overview of all NA budgets. We have 65% remaining but the 3rd most of all NAs. City will charge $1800 for flyer. $353 is due to Cindy and she will check her files for the reimbursement (or not) requests

Committee reports

Land use - Jim Beauchemin:

• Pacific Corps –ambitious plan at end of Cooley. Meets all code. LEED certified. Will consolidate 3 facilities.

• 118 units west of all seasons RV. Concerns about parking.

NLA – Kathy

• Reworking the BANA board to split up duties. Have to have a chair and a land use person. JB has been doing this for 10 years.

• Affordable housing –no motel purchase, Street safety program still progressing.

Business outreach - Tom Fisher, try to get a biz person.

Communications Committee – Joette (Joette did not attend)

Newsletter/NLA/NART/social media assignments

Recruiting new board and committee members

City-wide flyer – Cindy 1800 which set of addresses to use

Arbor Day ideas April 30th – Joette (Joette did not attend)

Speed Radar carts -Purcell, Boyd acres s-curves, OB riley or Archie Briggs

Slow down signs contest.
