The City proposed a package of amendments to the Bend Comprehensive Plan and Bend Development Code. The primary purpose is to remove the maximum density in the High Residential Dist., add single room occupancies (SRO) in the residential districts in compliance with State law HB 3395 and to update the middle housing land division requirements and criteria.  There are minor changes for consistency and clarity.

The amendments are to the Comp Plan Ch. 5, Housing and Chapter 11 Growth Management.  And BDC Chapter 1.2, 2.1, 2.7, 3.1, 3.6 and 4.3
